I understand that all photos and images taken by the photographer and/or their assistant(s) remain the sole, copyrighted, intellectual property of the photographer and Studio Berri & Apothecary.

I understand that it is illegal to copy, scan, download, print, share, or alter any image created by a photographer without consent.

I understand that Studio Berri grants me unlimited but non-exclusive personal rights to the digital images delivered from our session.

Sharing & Crediting *

I will appropriately credit the artist, Becca Berri (@studioberri), when using or sharing their images on all platforms.

Publishing Release *

I grant Studio Berri & Apothecary the right to use and publish the photos and images - with or without my name - for any personal, business, marketing or studio purpose for perpetuity.

The photographer and Studio Berri & Apothecary may showcase, sell, or otherwise distribute photographic materials from the session, including those depicting me.

I expressly agree to release the photographer and Studio Berri & Apothecary of any resulting personal or proprietary interest in the photographic materials.

Privacy & Censoring

Please don't tag me when sharing photos.

Please don't share photos with faces. Anonymous details are fine.

Please censor any sensitive photos before publishing.

Please do not publish any sensitive photos.

Attorney's Fees *

If either party to this contract brings a legal action against the other party to this Contract, the prevailing party shall recover reasonable attorney’s fees and all costs, premiums for bonds, fees, and other expenses expended or incurred in the action in addition to any other relief that may be awarded.

Our Agreement *

I warrant that I am of full legal age and have the right to contract in my own name.

This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives and assigns.

I further acknowledge that my consent and participation are voluntary, and I am not receiving compensation of any type from the taking and publishing of said photographs.

I agree that submitting this form electronically is equivalent to my signature.
